A nationally televised cascade of knowledge spanning four distinct phases.
Phase I
20 institutions are selected. 12 Inducers undergo intensive training. Institutions provide 'Atoms' (students) in groups of 3.
Phase II
Inducers are assigned to multiple teams. Each team (Group of 4) begins working on their specific project while preparing for community outreach.
Phase III
Groups visit schools and colleges to conduct training sessions based on the provided curriculum. This phase focuses on mass education and knowledge dissemination.
Phase IV
The television production crew captures the 'reality' of the journey, broadcasting weekly episodes to showcase the development and challenges of the teams.
